To use LynkCoo, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use LynkCoo only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated.
LynkCoo provides an asynchronous team status update tool. Users can post daily updates which are compiled and delivered as email digests to team members. The Service includes transactional email notifications for account management and team activity.
LynkCoo offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service. By using LynkCoo, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the protection of your data seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynkCoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
